Crystal Palace have completed the signing of former Arsenal and Real Madrid striker Emmanuel Adebayor on a free transfer.
Adebayor was a free agent having left Tottenham in September, where he fell out of favour under Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino.
Palace boss Alan Pardew will hope the 31-year-old can help the Eagles rediscover their goalscoring touch.
No Palace player has scored in their last six Premier League matches, while the strike force of Connor Wickham, Frazier Campbell, Dwight Gale and Marouane Chamakh have mustered only one league goal between them this term – and even that came from the penalty spot.
Adebayor has scored 96 goals in 230 Premier League appearances during spells at Arsenal, Manchester City and Spurs, whilst the Togo international also notched five times in a six-month loan period at Real Madrid.
