Robert Lewandowski’s agent has admitted that there is a possibility the striker will leave Bayern München at the end of the current season.
Lewandowski has been linked with a move to either Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid, but it is understood that the French giants are the frontrunners in the race to get his signature.
The striker’s agent, Cezary Kucharski, revealed that the 27-year-old is currently happy at Bayern, but that anything can happen in football.
“We’re very happy at Bayern Munich. We’ll see what happens in the future, but I cannot tell you any more,” Kucharski told L’Equipe. “For me, he’s the best number nine in the world. Everyone knows the price of the best players in their position, but I can’t give you a figure.
“I don’t think Bayern want to sell him and I don’t want to talk about his price, especially since the championship starts again in Germany on Friday. In football, you can never know what will happen. The most important thing is that he fights for the Champions League.”
When asked about whether Paris Saint-Germain are considering making a serious offer for Lewandowski, Kucharski said: “No comment! It’s better not to say anything about it.”
