AC Milan general manager Adriano Galliani insists he will not entertain any offers for Gianluigi Donnarumma amid reported interest from Manchester United.
The 16-year-old was thrust into the spotlight earlier this season when he became the youngest-ever goalkeeper to start in the Serie A against Sassuolo on October 25.
Donnarumma has since displaced Diego Lopez in the starting line-up, pulling off 30 saves in 11 league appearances and keeping three clean sheets.
His performances have reportedly attracted the attention of United, who have been linked with a move for the Italy youth international.
Galliani, though, has ruled out a departure for the highly-rated teenager, who has not been the subjects of any bids to date.
“He is and he will remain Milan’s goalkeeper,” Galliani told RAI television. “We’ve not received any offers for him and if any were to come in, we would turn them down anyway.”
