BVB Dortmund head coach Thomas Tuchel is refusing to underestimate FC Augsburg ahead of their DFB-Pokal clash on Wednesday.
BVB will be favourites to progress to the quarterfinals in the clash at WWK Arena after thrashing the same opposition 5-1 earlier in their Bundesliga campaign, but Tuchel expects to face a much improved Augsburg side.
"They've really turned it around," he said. "Like usual, they have kept their composure. We are seeing the real them now. This Augsburg is incomparable to the Augsburg we played earlier in the season.
"There is no possible circumstance where we will be sat on the plane on our way back and satisfied if we haven't won.
"Passion, momentum, dynamism combined with match-luck in the last two games have created the mood that Augsburg would have wanted for this cup tie. We know that everything is required of us. But we are up for it".
Dortmund remain second in the Bundesliga after 16 games, five points behind leaders Bayern München, and face 1. FC Koln on Saturday in their final Bundesliga match before the winter break.
