Marco Verratti's agent has revealed that the midfielder is negotiating a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain amid reported interest from the Premier League.
The Italy international has enjoyed a successful spell in the French capital, helping PSG to three successive Ligue 1 titles since his switch from Pescara in 2012.
Reports in Spain this week suggest that Verratti is attracting interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United, while he has also been linked with La Liga arch-rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid.
However, his advisor, Donato Di Campli, believes the 23-year-old will extend his current agreement with Les Parisiens, which runs until the end of the 2018/19 season.
"We're now discussing a new contract for Verratti with PSG," Di Campli told Radio Kiss Kiss. "He's now become an idol in Paris."
