Louis van Gaal admits his position as Manchester United manager is in doubt as the club continued their downward spiral following Saturday's loss to Norwich City.
The Red Devils have endured a dour run of results lately, failing to win any of their last six matches in all competitions, including defeats in their last three outings.
And, with United out of the Champions League and now nine points behind Premier League leaders Leicester City, Van Gaal admits he is worried for his future at Old Trafford.
Van Gaal said: "Yes, of course, I am worried about that because I know that belief in a manager is very important, and when you lose the games you play then the belief in a manager shall decrease.
"That is happening now. I cannot close my eyes to that.
"That's the football world. I know that my board knows that, my players know that. We're not used to that because normally we win, so it's a difficult period."
