Juventus director general Giuseppe Marotta believes Inter are the team to beat, despite their 2-1 loss to Lazio on Sunday.
The Nerazzurri go into the two-week winter break top of the Serie A table with Fiorentina and Napoli hot on their heals, only one point behind. Juventus are a further two points back in fourth.
Marotta has praised Inter's defensive solidity that has seen them concede just 11 goals in 17 games en route to the top of the standings, and he believes they represent the biggest danger to Juventus defending their league title.
"The most dangerous team? Inter have great quality, they're an experienced team with a very good coach, who has assembled players perhaps not of great quality but of great competitive spirit," Marotta told Radio Rai.
"They are a cynical team that is deservedly top, a team that pays no attention to aesthetics but to the substance.
"With few goals they've managed to be at the top, because they have the best defence. Ultimately Inter are the team to beat."
