Pride and passion can run very high in the game of football, even in the lower tiers, as Leyton Orient assistant manager Andy Hessenthaler found out.
The fourth tier side played Portsmouth on Boxing Day, running out 3-2 winners to hand their fans a belated Christmas present.
You'd think this would be a cause for celebration, but an extraordinary video captured after the final whistle shows the club's fiery Italian president Francesco Becchetti reacting very differently indeed, running up to his assistant manager after words were exchanged and kicking him squarely in the backside.
Hessenthaler (pictured) made light of the situation in the aftermath, describing it as 'a bit of banter', but we're not sure if that's an accurate description for what Becchetti does.
