Marseille have moved to ward off potential interest in Benjamin Mendy and Michy Batshuayi by agreeing new long-term contracts with the pair.
Left-back Mendy has been linked with a move to Manchester United during this month's transfer window, while striker Batshuayi was a reported target for Tottenham.
The 21-year-old Mendy has featured in all but three of the team's 19 Ligue 1 games this season, having twice served suspensions for a red card and five bookings.
Belgium international Batshuayi, 22, has enjoyed a productive campaign thus far after scoring 11 goals in 19 league outings for Michel's side.
Their futures have now been secured after the Mediterranean outfit announced on Wednesday that Mendy has signed on until 2019, with Batshuayi extending his contract until 2020.
Les Phoceens went into the mid-season break in 10th place and kick off the second half of the domestic campaign against Guingamp on Sunday.
