Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal will feature for Barcelona in the Copa del Rey clash against Espanyol, manager Luis Enrique has confirmed.
Attacker Arda and defender Vidal joined during the winter transfer window, but Barca were unable to register them as the club was serving an 18-month Fifa transfer ban over the signing of youth players.
However, both players have now been registered and Enrique has confirmed they will play in the first leg of the last-16 encounter against Catalan neighbours Espanyol at Camp Nou on Wednesday.
"Both of them will get the chance to wear the Barca shirt and play a part in the match. We have GPS data from their training sessions that shows that they are perfectly capable of playing the full 90 minutes," he said.
"Arda can play in the middle or out wide, and I dare say Aleix Vidal could play in any of three positions, either at full back, centre back or even out on the wing.
"He can play in any of these positions depending on what we need to get from certain matches. Both players have outstanding skill."
It will be the second time in less than a week that Barcelona and Espanyol meet after they played in a La Liga game at Cornella on Saturday. Barca were left frustrated as the game finished goalless, but Enrique believes we are in for a different game.
"I expect a different game this time. I did not want to talk too much about it just afterwards, and I won't do so now," he added.
"We played a very good game there and made seven very clear chances, although there are still things we can improve upon. All our players are ready for this game."
