Crystal Palace v Southampton

Alan Pardew's Crystal Palace will be aiming to return to the winning trail when an out-of-sorts Southampton travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday.

The Eagles are flying high in sixth place in the Premier League standings after a 1-1 draw with Everton last time out, a result that sees them trailing fifth-placed Tottenham by three points ahead of the weekend's round of fixtures.

However, they can expect a stern test from a Saints outfit determined to bounce back from a torrid run of results. Ronald Koeman's men have collected just one point since their 1-0 triumph over Sunderland on 7 November.

In team news, Palace are boosted by the return of winger Wilfried Zaha following a one-match suspension.

Bakary Sako is expected to miss out again, though, as he struggles to shrug off a hamstring complaint.

Southampton, meanwhile, have just a handful of injury concerns heading into Saturday's crunch encounter.

Midfielder Victor Wanyama will be available for selection, having recovered from the ankle problem sustained against Aston Villa recently.

However, long-term injury victims Jay Rodriguez, Florin Gardos and Fraser Forster remain on the treatment table.
