Brazilian legend Ronaldinho believes that Neymar has the talent to become the world's greatest player.
The striker is currently setting La Liga alight with some spectacular performances, including a wonder goal against Villarreal last week. The Barcelona ace has made a superb start to the season, scoring 13 goals in 14 appearances, and has filled the void left by Lionel Messi's injury.
There are suggestions that Neymar could break Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo's seven-year stranglehold on the Ballon d'Or, and Ronaldinho – himself a two-time Ballon d'Or winner – believes the sky is the limit for his compatriot.
"He is a phenomenon, the best Brazilian player in the world at the moment," he told Barcelona's official website.
"It's great to see him continue everything that we have done before. It's really nice to see a Brazilian player continue to make history.
"I think he can become the greatest player in the world, he's a great player, a great friend and I hope everything goes really well for him."
