New Zealand's left-arm fast bowler Neil Wagner has signed a deal to play for county side Lancashire during the 2016 English domestic season.
The 29 year-old Wagner, who has taken 67 wickets in 18 Test matches, will be available for the English side from the start of the first-class season.
The paceman, who will primarily be used in the four-day competition, could spend more time at the county if he is not required by the Black Caps for their tour to South Africa.
Lancashire coach, Ashley Giles, said: "We are delighted to have brought in Neil Wagner to strengthen our bowling attack.
"Neil is a world class bowler with a tremendous pedigree and having him available for such an extended period will give our Division One campaign a real boost."
Wagner said: "I am extremely excited to play for such a great club. I have always admired Lancashire, ever since playing in the Liverpool Lancashire league for Ormskirk in 2008."
