Number one UFC heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou would like to lock horns with former champion Brock Lesnar.
Ngannou will challenge heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic in January after the French-Cameroon fighter scored a spectacular knockout over veteran Alistair Overeem at UFC 218.
But Ngannou is already setting his sights further afield, with former UFC heavyweight title holder Lesnar a target.
“I’d always like to see the match between me and Brock Lesnar,” Ngannou told the Top Turtle Podcast.
“Two big dudes. I like that match-up. I’m excited for that kind of match as a fan. I want to see that match.
The 31-year-old is not the first MMA fighter to eye a big-money showdown against Lesnar in recent months after Jon Jones targeted the current WWE star prior to failing a drugs test.
However, Lesnar would still need to serve a six-month drugs suspension if he decided to return to UFC, along with subjecting himself to USDA testing again.

Yet Ngannou clearly believes a fight against the 40-year-old could be a possibility.
He added: “He’s big, but he’s not stronger than me. I’m stronger than him. I’m the best striker in the heavyweight division and the more powerful guy.
“I’m also a talented guy and I will deal with that very easy.”
