Michael Bisping has taken another shot at Anderson Silva ahead of their bout at UFC Fight Night 84 on Saturday when he called the Brazilian a “cheat”, “fraud” and a “p***y”.
Silva recently completed serving a one-year suspension after he tested positive for banned substances during his most recent fight against Nick Diaz at UFC 183 in January last year.
Bisping launched into his tirade after his faceoff with Silva, where he offered to shake the Brazilian’s hand, but the 40-year-old refused. Bisping returned the favour when Silva finally offered to shake his hand.
“This man is a cheat,” Bisping said. “This man is a fraud. And I will make you pay for your mistakes tomorrow night my friend. All the needles in you’re a**, all the steroids will not help you, you p***y.”
Meanwhile, Silva, a former UFC middleweight champion, revealed that he will be interested in fighting reigning champion Luke Rockhold should he emerge victorious from his bout with Bisping.
However, should Silva defeat Bisping, he will have to wait to get his hands on Rockhold as the middleweight champion will be putting his title on the line in a rematch against former champion Chris Weidman at UFC 199 in June.
“I think so,” Silva said. “I’ve been working hard for this one. I think this fight Saturday night is good for me, good for Bisping. And let’s go. It’s the show.”
