Gennady Golovkin defended his middleweight titles in emphatic fashion by knocking out Dominic Wade within two rounds in California.
The unified WBA, IBF, IBO and interim WBC champion has now won his last 22 fights by knockout, a record which extends back to 2008, and he is yet to be beaten in 35 fights.

Golovkin outclassed Wade, who went into the fight as a huge underdog, from the start.
In total, the previously-unbeaten Wade was knocked down three times.
After a left hook downed the shell-shocked American for a second time, Golovkin ended the bout swiftly after with a right hand, before calling out Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez.
