NBA Wrap: Durant hits 25 as Warriors down Nuggets

Kevin Durant’s 25 points led the Golden State Warriors to a big 127-108 win over the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.

Steph Curry scored 22 points, while Klay Thompson and Draymond Green bagged 15 points each for the Warriors, who moved level with Houston on 7-3.

Karl-Anthony Towns scored 31 points and had 12 rebounds as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Dallas Mavericks 112-99.

Andrew Wiggins added 23 points for Minnesota.

Dennis Simth Jr. top-scored for Dallas with 18 points, while Harrison Barnes finished with just 17 points.

The Mavericks (1-10) have the worst record in the NBA.

Anthony Davis scored 27 points and grabbed 16 rebounds as the New Orleans Pelicans earned a 96-90 overtime victory over the Chicago Bulls.

DeMarcus Cousins added 25 points and 11 rebounds, while Jameer Nelson scored 13, Darius Miller (11), and Jrue Holiday (10) all hit double figures for New Orleans.

Justin Holiday scored 18 points, Denzel Valentine added 16 and Lauri Markkanen and Robin Lopez scored 14 each for the Bulls.

In Detroit, Avery Bradley scored 24 points and Andre Drummond had 16 points and 19 rebounds as the Pistons defeated the Sacramento Kings 108-99.

Tobias Harris added 20 points for Detroit, who won a fifth in six games.

Zach Randolph led the Kings with 19 points, and Bogdan Bogdanovic added 14 as they lost a seventh straight game.

The Memphis Grizzlies beat the Los Angeles Clippers 113-104 thanks to 22 points from Mike Conley.

Marc Gasol added 21 and Tyreke Evans chipped in with 20.

Blake Griffin had 30 points for the Clippers, while Patrick Beverley added 23.
