Bosh working hard to make comeback

Chris Bosh has calmed speculation regarding his future by confirming that he is working towards making his return.

Bosh has missed the end of the last two seasons due to blood clots, first in his lungs and then in his leg, and while the Miami Heat man wanted to return to action towards the end of last season, his franchise kept him sidelined to ensure he is fully fit when he makes his comeback.

Having missed a significant portion of the 2015/16 NBA season, Bosh took to Twitter to confirm that he is hoping to be given a clean bill of health when training camp begins on September 27.

"I know I've been gone for a moment, but now I'm back," Bosh said in a video he uploaded on Twitter. "Everybody is always asking me, 'Am I hooping?' Yes, I'm hooping. I'm a hooper.' "

The 32-year-old still has three years and $76 million left on the five-year deal he inked with the Heat in 2014.
