NBA power trio leads France’s Rio Olympic bid in Manila FIBA OQT

France national basketball team will be coming to Manila locked and loaded aiming to qualify for the Rio Olympics.

The best ranked team in 6-team cast in FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Manila is coming with a talent-laden lineup led by Tony Parker even as Nicolas Batum, who was earlier reported to skip the trip, has returned to the pool and made it to the final lineup.

Coach Vince Colllet and Fédération Française de Basketball official Patrick Beeseley announced its Final 12 for the FIBA Manila Olympic Qualifying Tournament Wednesday morning (Manila Time) with Parker, Batum and veteran NBA big man Boris Diaw leading the team.
