The Toronto Raptors reached their first-ever Eastern Conference Finals following a 116-89 win over the Miami Heat in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semi-finals on Sunday.
Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry starred in his side’s win as he scored 35 points on 11 of 20 shooting, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out nine assists.
Lowry was well supported by DeMar DeRozan, who dropped 28 points and pulled down eight rebounds.
Goran Dragic and Dwyane Wade scored 16 points apiece for the Heat.

The Raptors will face the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals, with Game 1 taking place on Tuesday (local time).
