The Oklahoma City Thunder booked their spot in the Western Conference Finals following a 113-99 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday.
Kevin Durant guided the Thunder to victory, scoring 37 points on 12 of 24 shooting and while grabbing nine rebounds.
Durant was well supported by Russell Westbrook, who he recorded a double-double which consisted of 28 points and 12 assists.
Kawhi Leonard had 22 points, nine rebounds and five assists for the Spurs.
