NBA Wrap: Westbrook records triple-double in Thunder’s win

Russell Westbrook registered a triple-double to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 131-116 win over the Sacramento Kings.

Westbrook scored 20 points on six of eight shooting, pulled down 13 rebounds and dished out 15 assists.

DeMarcus Cousins finished with 35 points and 12 rebounds for the Kings.

LeBron James scored 33 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers edged the Indiana Pacers 100-96 at the Quicken Loans Arena.

James, who made 14 of his 22 shots, was well supported by point guard Kyrie Irving, who scored 22 points and dished out six assists.

Monta Ellis had 28 points for the Pacers.

John Wall’s superb performance saw the Washington Wizards down the Philadelphia 76ers 116-108.

Wall scored 37 points on 13 of 26 shooting and also dished out seven assists, while Marcin Gortat finished with 18 points and 20 rebounds.

Ish Smith dropped 20 points for the Sixers.

Over at the TD Garden, the Boston Celtics won their 11th consecutive game on home soil after beating the Utah Jazz 100-95.

Jae Crowder led the Celtics to victory with 22 points, while Isaiah Thomas had 18 points and nine assists.

Trey Lyles and Shelvin Mack scored 18 points apiece for the Jazz.

Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a triple-double in the Milwaukee Bucks’ 128-121 win over the Houston Rockets.

Antetokounmpo scored 18 points, grabbed 17 rebounds and dished out 11 assists. He also registered four steals and two blocks.

Dwight Howard was the Rockets’ best player as he dropped 30 points and pulled down 13 rebounds.

Meanwhile, an all-round performance by the Memphis Grizzlies saw them triumph over the Denver Nuggets 103-96.

Zach Randolph starred in the Grizzlies’ win as he dropped 22 points, grabbed four rebounds and dished out six assists.

Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried registered a double-double, which consisted of 16 points and 11 rebounds.

In the final game on Monday, the Los Angeles Clippers cruised past the Brooklyn Nets 105-95.

Jamal Crawford came off the bench to score 26 points on 10 of 17 shooting, while Chris Paul finished with 23 points and 12 assists.

Brook Lopez was the Nets’ top-scorer with 25 points.
