Saina Nehwal and Li Xuerui will contest Sunday's China Open final after easing to straight games victories in their respective semi-finals on Saturday.
In the first last four match, world number one Nehwal beat Chinese seventh seed Wang Yihan 21-13, 21-18 in 42 minutes.
Wang found herself 4-2 up after the opening exchanges, but had little answer to her Indian opponent's endeavour for the remainder of the first game.
The second game, however, was a humdinger with the lead changing every couple of points.
With the scores on 17-all, though, Nehwal made her move and won four of the next five points to book her spot in the final.
The other semi-final, contested between sixth seed Xuerui and her fifth seeded compatriot Wang Shixian was more one-sided though, the former winning 21-14, 21-5 in 33 minutes.
