Indonesia's men's third seed Tommy Sugiarto and Thai women's top seed Busanan Ongbamrungphan won the singles titles at the Thailand Masters in Bangkok on Sunday.
In the men's singles final lasting just 40 minutes, Sugiarto hammered the unseeded Kantaphon Wangcharoen of Thailand 21-17, 21-11 in the first-ever meeting between the two.

Women's top seed Ongbamrungphan battled for 57 minutes to defeat fourth seed Aya Ohori of Japan 21-18, 21-16.
Men's doubles sixth seeds, Huang Kaixiang and Wang Yilyu of China beat the unseeded Chinese Taipei duo Lu Ching Yao and Yang Po Han 21-19, 21-23, 21-16 in a match lasting 74 minutes.
Things went according to plan in the women's doubles final as China's top seeds Chen Qingchen and Jia Yifan downed Thai second seeds Puttita Supajirakul and Sapsiree Taerattanachai 21-16, 21-15.
There was an upset in the mixed doubles final, when China's fifth seeds Zhang Nan and Li Yinhui saw off Thai second seeds Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai 21-11, 20-22, 21-13 in a match lasting one hour and 13 minutes.
