Jeremy warns doubles pair

Chooi Kah Ming and Ow Yao Han could see there partnership end in three months after failing to make their mark since joining forces in April.

Malaysian national Jeremy Gan has not been impressed with the duo who have failed to win any of the seven tournaments they have taken part in. Their best performance to date has been a runner-up finish at the Sri Lanka International Challenge in June, where they lost to Koo Kien Keat and Tan Boon Heong in the final.

But, Jeremy is hoping that Kah Ming and Yao Han can end their winless drought at the Thailand Open Grand Prix Gold in Bangkok this week and beat some of the high-profile doubles shuttlers in the process.

"We have sent them to seven tournaments so far, but they have not achieved any breakthroughs yet," Jeremy told The Star. "The irony is that Kah Ming-Yao Han are good in training but fumble in tournaments. They somehow can't seem to get their game plans right during matches.

"I'm hoping that they will perform better at the Thailand Open GP. They are the only BAM pair in the tournament. I want them to upset the big names."
