NBA: Durant hot streak continues

Kevin Durant extended his run of 30-point games to 12 as the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Miami Heat 112-95.

Durant poured in 33 points and Serge Ibaka added 22 to help the Thunder to their ninth straight win.

LeBron James led all scorers with 34 points in a losing cause for the Heat.

Jimmy Butler scored 19 points to lead seven Chicago players in double figures as the Bulls beat San Antonio 96-86, the Spurs' third straight defeat.

Carlos Boozer contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds while DJ Augustin and Taj Gibson each had 15 points.

Chandler Parsons scored 26 points as the Houston Rockets - who also had seven players in double figures - edged out the Dallas Mavericks 117-115.

Dwight Howard added 21 points for the Rockets while Dirk Nowitzki's 38 points were not enough for the Mavericks.

Goran Dragic overcame an elbow injury to score 30 points in the Phoenix Suns' 126-117 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Kevin Love had 30 points and 14 rebounds as the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the New Orleans Pelicans 88-77, while Kyle Lowry's 33 points and 11 assists helped the Toronto Raptors to a 98-83 victory over the Orlando Magic.

The Philadelphia 76ers edged out the Boston Celtics 95-94 and the Charlotte Bobcats saw off the Denver Nuggets 101-98, while there were also wins for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Clippers.
