Juan Martin del Potro defeated Kevin Anderson in straight sets on Saturday to claim the Mexican Open.
The sixth-seeded Argentine beat the big-serving South African 6-4, 6-4 to claim a seventh-straight career win over Anderson.
The 29-year old former US Open champion needed just a single break in each set, taking the first set with a break in the seventh game and repeating the feat with an early break in the second.
He remained largely untroubled on serve as he wrapped up a comfortable victory in 1 hour and 41 minutes.
