Bashir, 30, had previously secured a decision victory over Shannon Wiratchai in Kings & Champions in Singapore.
He has now been paired up with 23-year-old Pucci, who has two fight wins to his record but has yet to feature in Asia since moving to Singapore last year.
The fight will be a featherweight contest and is slated to take place on the main card at the upcoming One FC tournament in Jakarta on September 13.
The organisation also announced that Dutch-Indonesian mixed martial artist Vincent Latoel (13-13-2) will make his One FC debut opposite Dutch veteran Willy Ni (8-7-0) in a lightweight match.
Finally, Malaysia's Raymond Tan will face Indonesian grappling champion Brianata Rosadhi as Stefer Rahardian had to pull out of his scheduled fight due to an injury.
The headliner for the event will see Phuket Top Team's Andrew Leone take on Shinichi Kojima with the roster also including the likes of Jake Butler, Kotetsu Boku, James Kouame and Vuyisile Colossa.
