The event goes ahead at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday and is headlined by One FC Lightweight champion Kotetsu Boku defending his crown against Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) legend Shinya Aoki.
"Somebody is going to get knocked out or somebody is going to get submitted," Evolve MMA founder Chatri Sityodtong told FOX Sports.
"I don't know if it's Aoki or Boku but somebody is going down, I think in the first or second round. It's going to be a fast fight."
Another fight on the card at Kings & Champions generating a lot of interest is the Middleweight battle between knockout specialist Melvin Manhoef and American grappler Brock Larson.
"My takedowns will be key for the fight. I've also gotta avoid his big punches," Larson said.
"I'm gonna get him locked into an armbar and get a submission victory in the first round!"
But perhaps the most intriguing bout of the night will be Lightweight clash between Muay Fit's Arnaud Lepont and Evolve MMA's Eddie Ng.
The flamboyant Frenchman entered the stage for Thursday's weigh-in wearing an orange prison outfit and with his face covered with the type of mask usually reserved for Hannibal Lecter or for the main villain of the most recent Batman movie.
"There's no message, it's just part of my character. It was just for entertainment for my fans," Lepont said of Thursday's theatrics.
He added: "I'm obviously focused on winning my fight, but win or lose I have to entertain my fans and make them happy to come watch me perform."
In contrast, Ng stepped onto the scales chewing a chocolate bar and looking every bit like the 'boy next door' minus the MMA cut body.
"I don't take Arnaud's antics personally. Arnaud is really good at building hype up before a fight and if you're fighting him, you should expect something like this," Ng said.

What Melvin Manhoef said: "I've got nothing specific to say on Brock. Every opponent is a hard opponent, you know, but I'm in good shape and feeling sharp so I will do what I do best - fighting and knocking people out. But then it doesn't matter how I win as long as I win."

What Eddie Ng said: "I don't take Arnaud's antics personally. Arnaud is really good at building hype up before a fight and if you're fighting him, you should expect something like this. It's a good thing as he brings in the casual fans and they see it and become much more interested."

What Shannon Wiratchai said: "Yeah, I talked to Bashir and it was a good chat. I like this kind of opponent because we respect each other but also bring everything we have on the fight.
"He thinks he can win? That's good [laughs]. But anything can happen in the cage. I'll bring my usual game, concentrating on my judo knowledge, and I hope that it'll help me in the fight."
Swain Cangco (92 kg) vs Jake Butler (92.9 kg)
