The 27-year-old is only the fourth female fighter to take part in One FC and hails from Sabah in Malaysia.
It will be the second Causeway affair of the night as Malaysia's Peter Davis will face the impressive Eddie Ng who trains for Singapore's Evolve MMA.
The latter is a Hong Kong citizen but has made Singapore his home since 2011.
Speaking about her upcoming fight, Osman told the Straits Times: "I'm not expecting a great reception when I walk out, because I know that most of the people there will be rooting for my opponent."
"I'm not focused on her. I'm just training hard and making sure I am in the best possible shape to win the fight."
Osman works in real estate during the day and will be making her professional debut in the fight on October 18.
Lim, 22, will also be making her debut and recently won on her amateur debut at Ultimate Satria Championships in July.
Total Domination will be the tenth One FC tournament and will be headlined by a bantamweight unification bout between interim champion Bibiano Fernandes and former champion Soo-chul Kim.
