Miyaichi, who made his international debut in a 2-0 win over Azerbaijan on Wednesday, is one of 12 European-based players to be given the nod by Zaccheroni ahead of games against Oman, Jordan and Australia.
"Miyaichi's strengths are on the flanks and creating space going forward," Zaccheroni said.
As well as Miyaichi, Kashiwa Reysol defender Hiroki Sakai and FC Tokyo midflelder Hideto Takahashi, who both made their national team debuts as substitutes against Azerbaijan, have also been included in a strong squad that features the likes of Borussia Dortmund's Shinji Kagawa and CSKA Moscow's Keisuke Honda.
In Asia's final round of qualifying for the global get-together in Brazil, Japan play Group B rivals Oman on June 3, Jordan on June 8 and Australia in Brisbane four days later.
The Blue Samurai also have Iraq, led by former Japan coach Zico, for company in their group.
