Eugene YS Han looks at the footie statistics that mattered from the ninth weekend of the Barclays Premier League.

1 – Everton secured their first point against Manchester United in their last five League meetings. Also, Xabi Alonso's goal at Stamford Bridge was Liverpool's first under Rafael Benitez in the league.

2 - The number of red cards given in the Premier League last weekend.

3 - The number of times Manchester Utd have dropped points in the Premier League this season after taking the lead. Also the number of goals Darren Fletcher has scored in seven league appearances this season. Before this season, he scored three goals in his previous 57 league matches. Fletcher has scored seven of his ten career league goals away from home.

4 - The number of successive wins made by newly-promoted Hull City.

5 - The number of times Middlesbrough have conceded in the last five minutes of a League match this season. And it was the third goal they have conceded in injury time. In the process, Boro have dropped seven points. Also, the number of goals Ameobi has scored in his last eight North-east derby games against Sunderland and Middlesbrough in the league. This is also the number of points Liverpool have amassed against the other 'Top Four' clubs away from home ever since Benitez took over at Anfield in 13 matches.

8 – The number of months Blackburn's Benni McCarthy has failed to score in the Premier League until last weekend. His previous League goals came 13 matches ago when he scored twice in Rovers' 4-1 home win against Bolton, Feb 24.

10 - All of Portsmouth's ten league goals have been scored by Englishmen - the only team in the BPL to hold this record.

12 - The number of managerial appointments Tottenham have had since Arsene Wenger was appointed as Arsenal manager in September 1996.

13 - The number points Hull City have picked up away from home - giving them the best away record in the Premier League after Charlton (2005/06) and Newcastle (1994/95). Both teams had 15 points.

24 - The total number of goals scored in the Premier League last weekend.

28 – Sunderland ended their 28-year wait for a home win over bitter rivals Newcastle United in the 129th North-East league derby.

33 - The total number of yellow cards dished out in the last round of matches.

86 - Chelsea's proud unbeaten home record in the league ended at 86 games: a feat that spanned four years and eight months. Incidentally, Liverpool were the last team to beat Chelsea at the Bridge, prior to Arsenal's victory over the Blues in February 2004.

200 - Ledley King made his 200th Premier League appearance against Bolton - all for Tottenham.

364 - The number of days Juande Ramos was in the Spurs job after his sacking on 25 October 2008. Former Tottenham manager Martin Jol was given the boot on 26 October 2007.

600 - The number of top-flight wins Liverpool have made in their club history.
