The side from Naples are currently six points behind the Bianconeri and are the only team to have doggedly kept up the pursuit of the reigning champions.

A defeat on the day could effectively end their title challenge and see Juve in firm command of the title race but Lichtsteiner does not wish his team-mates to forget that there are still quite a number of games left.

"It won't be decisive as far as the destiny of the title is concerned," the Bianconero told RAI. "There will still be 11 games remaining after it."

"They are an excellent side and it's difficult for anyone to play at the Stadio San Paolo. It won't be easy.

"Edinson Cavani and Marek Hamsik are excellent footballers who are doing very well, as are the many Swiss players they have in the team.

"Napoli have plenty of individuals who are capable of making the difference and also possess a consolidated style of play.

"We'll need to remain alert and prepare for the game as best we can. But we'll go there to impose our style of play and avoiding errors will be important."

Juve registered a win over Siena on Sunday while Napoli head into Friday's fixture having drawn their previous one against Udinese.
