Although De Rossi has spent his whole career with the Giallorossi and is viewed the fans as a legend, he has struggled to keep his place in coach Zdenek Zeman's starting XI throughout the season.
Having long been linked with a move away from the Stadio Olimpico, reports emanating from Italy have suggested PSG as a possible destination for the Italy international, but Sabatini has moved quickly to refute these rumours.
Furthermore, he dispelled suggestions that a swap deal involving highly-rated midfielder Marco Verratti was in the offing.
"There is absolutely nothing between Roma and PSG regarding De Rossi," he told RMC.
"No meeting has been scheduled for that matter, and there has been nothing about Verratti either."
Roma are currently 8th in Serie A, 15 points behind leaders Juventus.
