Quagliarella opened the scoring in the 54th minute before Saphir Taider equalised 15 minutes later. It looked like Juve were headed for a draw until Pogba headed home Sebastian Giovinco's cross to equal the score in injury time.
The victory meant that the Bianconeri extend their lead at the top of the Serie A table to four points after Napoli fell to a 1-0 defeat against Atalanta.
Quagliarella expressed his delight with the win, saying in the club's official website: "I'm happy with the goal, but also for the result.
"If an attacker scores and the team wins it is the greatest [feeling for a player].
"Tonight we showed that we never give up and [always] believe, even up until the 95th [minute]."
The 29-year-old believes that the win puts them in good stead for this weekend's match against second-placed Inter Milan.
"Now Inter will be a great game," he added.
Juventus are now on a 49-game unbeaten streak in the league.
