Elia joined the Bianconeri last summer from Hamburg for a fee of €9million and was expected to add plenty of pace and penetration down the flanks, but played just five games in all competition as he struggled to force his way into Conte's starting XI.
And having since left Juve to return to the Bundesliga with Bremen, Elia has wasted no time in lashing out at the way he was treated last term, revealing he was forced to forego his end-of-season bonus before being allowed to leave the club.
"Every player was entitled to a new Ferrari to a €200,000 bonus after we won the Scudetto," he told Sport Bild. "However, Juventus forced me to renounce that right before they allowed me to join Bremen.
"The coach never spoke to me. He did not utter a single word to me all year. He completely ignored me.
"I have never ever experienced anything like that. It was very frustrating for me."
Elia made his Bundesliga debut for Bremen last Friday in a 2-1 defeat to champions Borussia Dortmund, and will be looking to take to the field again this weekend when his side entertain his former side Hamburg.
