Inter Milan head coach Andrea Stramaccioni is looking to cash in on the highly sought after Pazzini after telling the 27-year-old he did not feature in his plans for the upcoming season.
This has led to intense speculation regarding Pazzini's future and the likes of German outfit Werder Bremen and Serie A rivals Napoli have shown interest in the services of the former Sampdoria player.
However, it appears the Bianconeri are now favourites to land the striker after Sky Sports Italia reported that Juventus director general Beppe Marotta called Pazzini to outline his intention to bring him over to the Old Lady.
Marotta is no stranger to Pazzini having bought him for Sampdoria from Fiorentina in 2009 and attempted to sign him for Juventus last season but was pipped by Inter Milan to his signature.
With the futures of Juventus forwards Alessandro Matri and Fabio Quagliarella looking increasingly uncertain, head coach Antonio Conte will undoubtedly welcome Pazzini with open arms as he seeks to build on an incredible season which saw them go the whole Serie A campaign unbeaten.
Pazzini's was a success for Inter Milan in his first season at the club, scoring 11 goals in 20 appearances but his form dropped in his second season with the club where he could only manage eight goals in 39 appearances.
