The 24-year-old utility defender was a key figure in the club's promotion to Serie A this season making 36 league appearances for the Granata outfit.
His good form recently earned him a call-up to Italy's Euro 2012 squad and he is a reported target for AC Milan, Inter Milan and Roma.
Torino director Gianluca Petrachi is aware of the growing interest in his player, but he warns they will not let Ogbonna leave on the cheap.
"We have already spoken about this several times: only a sensational offer will shift our stance," Petrachi told Sky Sport Italia.
When asked if a bid of €12 million would be acceptable, Petrachi replied: "I believe that it would require much more [than that]."
Ogbonna is under contract with Toro until June 2016.
