Ibrahimovic had a successful spell at Inter from 2006 - 2009 before a less productive stint at Barcelona.

The Sweden international then joined AC Milan on loan in 2010 and made the move permanent the following season.

With the Rossoneri relinquishing their Serie A title to Juventus this season, there has been speculation that the 30-year-old striker might be tempted to seek a new challenge elsewhere.

And these rumours have been further fueled by Ibrahimovic's recent comments which appeared to show the player's frustration at the lack of transfer funds available to the club in the summer transfer window.

However, his former team-mate Zanetti sees no way for Ibrahimovic to return to the Nerazzurri.

"I don't at all think that Ibra will come back to us. He's doing well at Milan," Zanetti told RTL 102.5.

"He has already been with us and helped us win a beautiful championship.

"The transfer market is now beginning. Certainly there could be great champions for our team."

French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain are thought to be in the frame for Ibrahimovic.

Ibrahimovic is currently away on international duty with Sweden at Euro 2012 .
