Lavezzi is currently one of the Partenopei's prized possessions and has formed a formidable attack with Marek Hamsik and Edinson Cavani, but reportedly has a minimum fee release clause of €31million in his contract.
Given the fine performances he has shown over the past two seasons, Napoli are reportedly resigned to losing the Argentina international should such a bid be tabled their way, although De Laurentiis has admitted a Chinese club could be willing to splash the cash on Lavezzi.
"The contract is clear," the Napoli chief stated. "The needs of the player will be linked to the talks, but whoever wants 'Pocho' [Lavezzi] will have to pay the clause.
"However, it is an international auction - there is even interest in Lavezzi from China. But what Ezequiel wants to do will also be decisive."
There has been huge influx of players moving to the Chinese Super League in light of the recent money invested in the competition, with Nicolas Anelka and Lucas Barrios to have moved to the Far East, joining Shanghai Shenhua and Guangzhou Evergrande respectively.
