The energetic forward has regularly linked with Barclays Premier League giants Manchester City and Chelsea, while in recent weeks, ambitious French side Paris St Germain have also been reported to be interested in his services.
After finishing third in Serie A last season, Napoli have struggled to match their achievements this year, although a recent run of good form has seen them rise up to fourth in the table.
While it remains to be seen if the Partenopei will qualify for the Champions League again next season, Lavezzi's agent Alejandro Mazzoni insists his client is happy to remain at the Stadio San Paolo, along with fellow stars Marek Hamsik and Edinson Cavani.
"The 'three tenors' [Lavezzi, Hamsik and Cavani] may still remain at Napoli," Mazzoni told Radio Kiss Kiss. "They have long contracts and it will be [Napoli president Aurelio] De Laurentiis to decide [if they leave].
"It is important, however, that the club can play in the Champions League next season, so that malcontent does not arise."
The agent was also quick to play down rumours Lavezzi had been unhappy at being replaced by coach Walter Mazzarri in last Sunday's 2-2 draw against Catania.
"I saw that he was disappointed by being replaced but these are things that happen to every player," Mazzoni added.
"He never gives up and always gives his all for the club. This is part of the game, there is no need to make a big deal out of something that is completely normal.
"He has an excellent rapport with Mazzarri and the entire squad."
Napoli face a tough test this Sunday when they travel to play unbeaten Juventus, who are currently second in Serie A.
