Juventus have yet to lose a league match ever since Conte was appointed to the role in March last year, but the former Siena manager knows that underestimating Milan will be a fatal mistake.
"Milan are the super-favourites," the 42-year-old told Sky Sport Italia. "We must give everything and dig deep with the others behind us.
"Being forced to go forward doesn't always work out, but it motivates you."
Conte went on to explain his recent decision to change his squad in matches, pointing out the positive response from players as a reason.
"They say 'Never change a winning team', but it is not our opinion. In the last games we have made use of the whole squad and they all responded positively."
Juventus will travel to Parma on Tuesday, where they seek to extend their current top league position.
