The Turin giants maintained their one point lead at the top of the Serie A table with a 2-1 win over Udinese on Saturday.
The result was Juve's third victory in their last four league games and allowed them to remain unbeaten this season.
Despite his side's impressive form, Conte has warned his players to be ready for a battle in Parma.
"I expect a tough game in Parma," Conte told the club website, www.juventus.it.
"Parma have done well in recent weeks and I know they will test my side. We have to continue to play as we are doing.
"Our win over Udinese was very important. This is a difficult period for us because in the space of two weeks we will be playing six games. We need to concentrate and ready for everything."
Juventus remain unbeaten this season and have the best defensive record in league with just 13 goals conceded in 20 games.
The Bianconeri have only won five of their 18 league meetings against Parma at the Tardini stadium.
However, the last time both sides met earlier this season, Juve thrashed the Gialloblu 4-1.
The good news for the visitors is that midfielder Claudio Marchisio and winger Simone Pepe have recovered from injury.
Last weekend's 1-1 at Catania was Parma's second consecutive draw.
The Gialloblu have lost just once in their last eight league games and lie 11th in the standings.
"We know Juve's worth," said Parma coach Roberto Donadoni.
"But we will try to make life difficult for them.
"We took a step forward at Catania and I'm sure my players will try to follow that performance with a solid display against Juve."
The Ducale club will be at full strength with defender Cristian Zaccardo returning from suspension.
