Heading into the game at the Pasir Gudang Corporation Stadium second from bottom and ahead of only the winless Courts Young Lions, Razip Ismail's young charges got off to a dream start in the 10th minute when centre-back Syazwan Tajuddin opened the scoring.

Right on the hour mark, Harimau Muda doubled their lead through a strike from Ridzuan Abdunloh, who became his side's 7th different scorer of the season.

Nine minutes later, the Warriors pulled one back through Bosnian striker Mislav Karoglan but they were unable a second as their opponents held on for all three points.

The win was enough to take the Malaysians up to 8th on the table and they are just two points out of the top six, while Warriors are now fourth from bottom with just seven points from their opening seven matches.
