Sanchez has yet to impress at Barcelona since joining the club in 2011 having scored only eight league goals in an injury-struck 2012-2013 season and the arrival of Neymar over the summer has suggested that the club will be amiable to bids for the 24-year-old.
Napoli has been reportedly interested in further enhancing their squad with Sanchez, but Barcelona vice-president Bartomeu insists that they fully intend to keep the Chilean at the club.
"He's not for sale," he told El Mercurio. "We are confident in his ability. It is speculated so much that he might leave, but there is nothing - no formal offers have arrived for the player and he will remain here.
"We are pleased with his performances and we will not put him on the market."
Sanchez's contract with Barcelona will only expire in 2016.
