The France Under-20 international has established himself as a important player at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan since joining the club from Lens last year, and has already been linked with a move to some of Europe's biggest clubs.
One of the teams rumoured to be interested in him are Real, something which Kondogbia reveals he's pleased about, although he remains committed to Sevilla at the moment.
"I'm delighted [over the Madrid links] but my feet are firmly on the ground," he said at a press conference. "I know I need to improve a lot.
"They [Real] are a great team, like others, but I am very happy at Sevilla. We'll see [what happens] after the [2014 FIFA] World Cup."
The 20-year-old however dismissed suggestions that Real defender Raphael Varane, a good friend of his, has tried to convince him to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.
"I talk to Varane a lot, but not about that," Kondogbia added.
"We're friends [but] he hasn't tried to convince me."
Just last week, The Independent reported that Barclays Premier League giants Chelsea were contemplating a bid for Kondogbia, who is valued at £10million.
