PREVIEW: Levante eye Sevilla response

Levante goalkeeper Keylor Navas believes the midweek humbling at the hands of Melilla must be put to one side when the team return to La Liga action on Sunday.

Football News: Sevilla

Levante are riding high in the table, heading into the weekend fixtures in sixth position, but were on the wrong end of a 1-0 defeat to Segunda B opposition in the first leg of their Copa del Rey fourth-round match.

Navas was one of the players drafted in for the cup clash and is likely to cede his starting spot back to Gustavo Munua.

And his message to his club-mates was to get back to a winning mentality when they face Sevilla on Sunday.

Osasuna winger Sisi will put sentiment to one side when he steps out against former club Real Valladolid on Sunday.

Sisi had two spells with newly-promoted Valladolid before moving to Los Rojillos over the summer.

He retains a strong fondness for his former club but his loyalties are now with Osasuna.

Real Sociedad captain Xabi Prieto is hoping that clear-the-air talks amongst the squad can propel them back to winning ways when they host Espanyol.

Sociedad have taken just one point from their last three league games and were beaten 2-0 by Segunda Division side Cordoba in the Copa del Rey in midweek, meaning they have still to win away from home in six attempts this season, and Prieto is all too aware that record is not good enough.

Deportivo defender Manuel Pablo believes his side have to start turning their dominance of the ball into chances and goals if they are to escape the relegation zone this weekend by beating Mallorca.

Granada coach Juan Antonio Anquela has called on his team to give their utmost from the outset when they host fellow La Liga strugglers Athletic Bilbao.
