Betis currently sit fourth in the La Liga, above the might of Real Madrid, after a bright start to the season.
Last time out in the league they defeated Real Sociedad 2-0 to bounce back from a 4-0 drubbing against Malaga.
Hopes are high of another strong result against an Osasuna side languishing in 19th place and Canas is sure Betis can again deliver three points.
He told a press conference: "While the team is doing well and is confident the working week becomes more enjoyable.
"We are looking forward to Sunday's game, we are in good form and hopefully we can get an important result in Pamplona."
Canas also paid tribute to the performances of his midfield partner Benat, who has won rave reviews for his displays so far this term, but was keen to point out there are plenty of other quality players in Pepe Mel's squad.
Benat has been linked with moves to Arsenal and Swansea, but Betis are understandably keen to keep hold of the 25-year-old.
Canas said: "The team is raising its level to try and win in Pamplona, we want to go out to win anywhere.
"We can do this because we have a lot of quality and Benat is a very important for us, but we have to remember we also have other very good players.
"There are players who deserve their chance and are working hard. The team is remaining calm, even though we are in a Champions League position and we go to Osasuna sure we can get a good result."
