Isco has starred for Malaga this season with a series of impressive displays that have helped them to a strong start in the UEFA Champions League, as well as third place in La Liga.
The 20-year-old was reportedly recently scouted by Tottenham assistant coach Tim Sherwood, while Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini was present at Sunday's game between Atletico Madrid and Malaga, although he was rumoured to be watching Rojiblancos striker Radamel Falcao.
While Husillos is adamant Los Boquerones aren't willing to do a deal for Isco, they could be left powerless if they receive a fee that matches the release clause in his contract.
"He is our player and is important for the team," he told Tuttomercatoweb.com. "He is not on the market.
"We want to keep him here but you all know there is a buyout clause in his contract. So, if a club pays the clause, it does not depend on us anymore."
Isco was a member of the Spain squad that flopped at the 2012 London Olympic Games, but is yet to be capped for the senior team.
