A review of all the news from the selection table ahead of this week's games in the Barclays Premier League.
Everton vs Man City
Everton will again be without goalkeeper Tim Howard and defender Phil Jagielka for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester City at Goodison Park.
Howard broke two bones in his back in the FA Cup fifth-round replay at Oldham last month and Jan Mucha will continue to deputise, while Jagielka is recovering from surgery to repair a cut to his ankle.
Everton boss David Moyes will assess a couple of other players who picked up knocks in the defeat by Wigan last weekend while full-back Tony Hibbert (calf) may not play again this season.

Britton picked up a hip injury against West Brom last weekend but has made good progress in his recovery, while Luke Moore is set to shake off a calf problem.
Chico Flores (ankle) and Kemy Agustien (thigh) are again absent, but there is encouraging news for Neil Taylor after the left-back made his return from a broken and dislocated ankle for the Under-21s on Thursday.

Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny and captain Thomas Vermaelen are in contention having sat out the 2-0 win in Bayern Munich.

Both players have trained this week after they were absent for last weekend's 3-1 win over Sunderland at Loftus Road with knocks.
Full-back Armand Traore is the only major worry and was due to have a calf injury assessed in training today.

Stoke vs West Brom
Stoke are waiting to see whether Matthew Etherington will be fit enough to return to the side for tomorrow's Barclays Premier League clash with West Brom at the Britannia Stadium.
The winger has missed the last two games with a back problem and is again touch and go while striker Cameron Jerome is likely to be on the bench after being forced off with a knock to his knee in last weekend's defeat by Newcastle.
Defender Robert Huth serves the final game of a three-match ban so full-back Marc Wilson will again deputise alongside captain Ryan Shawcross in the centre.

Southampton vs Liverpool

Danny Fox and Steven Davis were the only absentees in last weekend's 0-0 draw at Norwich but could feature for Mauricio Pochettino's side at St Mary's.
Vegard Forren played for the under-21s again on Monday so is a step closer to fitness.

Midfielder Joe Allen has a shoulder problem but it will not prevent him being included in the squad.

Man United vs Reading

Winger Nani injured his hamstring against Chelsea last weekend, while the versatile Jones has been out since hurting his ankle in the FA Cup clash with the Royals four weeks ago.
Midfielder Paul Scholes (knee) is also out as United look to maintain their 12-point lead over Manchester City.
Man United (from): De Gea, Lindegaard, Amos, Rafael, Smalling, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evans, Evra, Buttner, Giggs, Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Anderson, Young, Kagawa, Welbeck, Rooney, Hernandez, Van Persie.
Reading will again be without Adam Federici and Jimmy Kebe for Saturday 's trip to face Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester United.
Goalkeeper Federici is still sidelined by an ankle problem, meaning third-choice Stuart Taylor will again deputise following last weekend's 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa.
That defeat prompted Brian McDermott's dismissal as manager, with the club four points from safety, and caretaker boss Eamonn Dolan will also be without winger Kebe (groin). Pavel Pogrebnyak serves the last part of his three-game ban while fellow striker Jason Roberts (hip) is likely to miss the rest of the season.
Reading (from): Taylor, McCarthy, Henly, Harte, Mariappa, Pearce, Morrison, Kelly, Shorey, McAnuff, McCleary, Guthrie, Leigertwood, Karacan, Blackman, Le Fondre, Akpan, Robson-Kanu, Hunt.
Sunderland vs Norwich
Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill will make a late check on full-back Danny Rose ahead of Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash with Norwich.
Rose returned to first-team action as a substitute in last weekend's 3-1 defeat at QPR and reported a little tightness in the hamstring which had sidelined him for the previous two games, although he is expected to be available.
Striker Connor Wickham has returned from his loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday and is in the squad, winger James McClean could figure after illness ruled him out of the game at Loftus Road - but skipper Lee Cattermole is still sidelined by a knee problem.
Sunderland (from): Mignolet, Westwood, Bardsley, Rose, O'Shea, Kilgallon, Bramble, Cuellar, Mangane, N'Diaye, Gardner, Colback, McClean, Larsson, Johnson, Vaughan, Sessegnon, Fletcher, Graham, Wickham.
Tottenham vs Fulham
Tottenham forward Gareth Bale returns to the squad for Sunday's Barclays Premier League game against Fulham after sitting out the trip to Inter Milan due to suspension.
Winger Aaron Lennon should return to the starting line-up after he came off the bench in Milan following his recovery from a hamstring injury.
Former Fulham forward Clint Dempsey (calf) is expected to be available, but defender Younes Kaboul and midfielder Sandro (both knee) are out.
Tottenham (from): Lloris, Friedel, Walker, Naughton, Gallas, Dawson, Caulker, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Holtby, Livermore, Dembele, Carroll, Parker, Huddlestone, Sigurdsson, Bale, Dempsey, Defoe, Adebayor, Coulthirst.
Fulham boss Martin Jol has an unchanged squad for Sunday's Barclays Premier League trip to his old club Tottenham.
Steve Sidwell has shaken off a knock picked up since their last outing, a 2-2 draw against Sunderland a fortnight ago, and trained this morning.
But fellow midfielder Mahamadou Diarra is still missing with a knee injury which could rule him out for the rest of the season.
Fulham (from): Schwarzer, Somogyi, Etheridge, Riether, Hangeland, Hughes, Senderos, Riise, Dejagah, Baird, Karagounis, Kacaniklic, Frimpong, Davies, Richardson, Frei, Mesca, Enoh, Berbatov, Sidwell, Duff, Ruiz, Emanuelson, Rodallega, Petric.
Wigan vs Newcastle
Wigan forward Callum McManaman is a doubt for Sunday's visit of Newcastle as he is still recovering from an ankle injury sustained in the FA Cup win at Everton.
Winger Ryo Miyaichi has been ruled out for several weeks at least as he requires surgery on ankle ligaments damaged at Goodison Park.
Goalkeeper Ali Al Habsi, rested last weekend, is set to return to the starting line-up.
Wigan (from): Al Habsi, Boyce, Caldwell, Alcaraz, Scharner, Figueroa, Beausejour, Gomez, Maloney, Espinoza, McCarthy, McArthur, Stam, McManaman, Kone, Di Santo, Henriquez, Golobart, Dicko, Robles, Lopez.
Newcastle midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa is out of Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash with Wigan as he faces up to the prospect of surgery on his hamstring.
The 26-year-old France international will miss the rest of the season if, as manager Alan Pardew fears, he needs an operation on the hamstring he tore in December.
However compatriot Yohan Cabaye has a chance of playing at the DW Stadium despite limping out of Thursday night's 1-0 Europa League victory over Anzhi Makhachkala, while full-back Mathieu Debuchy and striker Yoan Gouffran, who are ineligible in Europe, return to the squad.
Newcastle (from): Elliot, Harper, Alnwick, Debuchy, Simpson, Santon, Haidara, Taylor, Yanga-Mbiwa, Perch, Tiote, Bigirimana, Cabaye, Anita, Gutierrez, Gosling, Marveaux, Obertan, Sissoko, Cisse, Gouffran, Ameobi, Campbell.
Chelsea vs West Ham
Demba Ba could return up front for Chelsea in place of Fernando Torres for Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash with West Ham at Stamford Bridge.
Ba was ineligible for the Europa League defeat of Steaua Bucharest, when Torres scored the decisive goal, missed a late penalty and suffered a bloody nose.
Frank Lampard, who was an unused substitute against the Romanians, could feature against his former club with the midfielder eyeing his 200th Chelsea goal, while long-term injury victim Oriol Romeu (knee) is the only definite absentee.
Chelsea (from): Cech, Turnbull, Hilario, Ivanovic, Ferreira, Cole, Bertrand, Luiz, Terry, Cahill, Azpilicueta, Ramires, Oscar, Mata, Benayoun, Mikel, Moses, Lampard, Hazard, Marin, Torres, Ake, Ba.
